Where is the conference?

Our conference is hybrid, so our in-person conference will take place at the Radisson Blu Mall of America (2100 Killebrew Dr. Bloomington, MN 55425) and our virtual conference will take place online!


What sessions will be virtual?

All of the main stage sessions will be streamed live for the virtual attendees but the breakouts and networking sessions will be different (i.e. in-person attendees will attend in-person breakouts and networking sessions; virtual attendees will attend virtual breakouts and networking sessions). We believe this customized approach will provide the best experience for registrants.


Can in-person attendees access virtual sessions?

While we do plan to record our virtual breakout sessions and make these available post-conference, we would like in-person attendees to be present in the in-person breakouts.


Are meals included in my registration?

The in-person ticket includes evening receptions (with appetizers and drinks on Sunday and Tuesday), breakfast buffets (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday), lunch buffets (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday), and daily snacks and coffee.

The virtual VIP ticket includes a swag bag mailed to your doorstep including but not limited to NACCE and sponsor swag, snacks, $25 Uber Eats gift card, and more!


Is the hotel included in my registration?

No, but we've secured a great rate at the Radisson Blu ($159/night). Book here!

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual. Dress in layers for your comfort!


Can the promo code be extended?

No, to be fair to all members, promo codes will not be extended. We will be offering various promos throughout August and September, but we encourage you to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the best promos.


Can I receive a group discount?

Yes, we encourage you to bring your team! For group or bulk discounts, please email info@nacce.com.


How will I receive the group discount?

If you register 3 or more individuals for in-person tickets at the same time, we will deduct $99 from each in-person ticket. The invoice will be manually adjusted. Please email info@nacce.com. 


I need approval before I can process a payment, can I register and delay payment?

If you are a NACCE member, you can register now and pay later using the invoice option during registration.


I registered for a virtual ticket but want to change to an in-person ticket. How can I do that?
